In the case, handled largely by Gary Kreep of the U.S. Justice Foundation, records were subpoenaed documenting Obama's attendance at Occidental College.
The lawyer for the college, Stuart W. Rudnick of Musick, Peeler & Garrett, urgently contacted Fredric D. Woocher of Strumwasser & Woocher.
"This firm is counsel to Occidental College. The College is in receipt of the enclosed subpoena that seeks certain information concerning President-Elect Barack Obama," he wrote via fax. "Inasmuch as the subpoena appears to be valid on its face, the College will have no alternative but to comply with the subpoena absent a court order instructing otherwise."
Within hours, Woocher contacted Kreep regarding the issue, telling him, "It will likely not surprise you to hear that President-elect Obama opposes the production of the requested records.

Kreep, out of town for a business trip, did not respond immediately, and the motion eventually was filed."

The Obama motion to quash was successful.
He was rewarded with gunshots directed at his house. Of course, that could of had to do with him also speaking unfavorably about illegal immigration. Were they from hunters or not?

The alleged victim was dead. No one seemed to remember the event. No proof of prank.
Similarly, all someone would have to do is check the yearbook, find out who died, and make something up. No real heavy lifting required.

Of course it leads to other legal questions.
Why can’t or aren’t more motions being filed to unseal his records? Why not keep him legally entangled fighting one challenge after another?
What are the legal grounds we have for getting those records unsealed, and why was it so easy to pry open the divorce records of his past opponents?
Why aren’t more conservative packs not using their money to get to the bottom of his college records? I realize it is late in the game, and he may not be president much longer. Even so I want this charlatan exposed before or after he gets out of office.
I don’t expect you to have all the answers RedSteel, but it is frustrating as all get out to not get at what is obviously Obama’s Achilles heel.
I sent the documents I had to Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. via UPS Next Day Air. I comfirmed with Alec that the package arrived a week after I sent it.
Orly should ask her UPS route driver for the package. It’ll comfirm Obama naturalized as a US citizen in 1983.

I’ll defer all questions to Orly. She may have a strategic reason for ignoring Obama’s naturalization papers and focusing on the forged BC.
That being said, let’s be clear, Obama’s ineligibilty is clearly outlined in his Alien Registration file with DHS and his NUMIDENT file with SSA.

During the Bush administration, Arpaio was granted access to DHS Alien Registration files to avoid an embarrassing situation of arresting and detaining a legal immigrant in the US.
The Obama administration is accussing Arpaio of using the Alien Registration files to profile latinos. In other words, Arpaio has Obama’s incriminatimg Alien Registration file and is sitting on it to use as a bargaining chip.
