Most annulment fees are. Most diocese only charge a processing fee of a few hundred dollars. Some diocese list these costs on their websites by the way. That’s cheap considering every diocese in the world losses money in terms of costs with annulments.

Then you say that a fee of $750 is expected to be paid in Arlington, and that it costs the Church $1200 for each case. I submit that the Catholic Church is not known for losing money and you don’t know what you are talking about.
