I am in the exact same boat. As much as the birthers hate it hear it, I'm pretty sure he is a US citizen. It makes sense that he simply lied on his application to get scholarship funds. If he wasn't a citizen, you'd think the DNC would have known and thought him too much of a risk as a candidate.
Regardless, I do firmly believe he should still be held accountable for lying to get government aid. That needs to get broadcast all over the news.
There is no doubt Obama is a "US citizen" -- that's not at issue. What remains open to serious discussion is whether, as the Constitution requires, he is a natural-born citizen ... a profound difference.
The DNC is in the hands of the socialists. The methodology is to state the lie and commit to the coverup. We've seen it time-and-time-again. I have no idea whether he was born in Kenya or Hawaii, though I lean toward Kenya. If not, it would have been easy for him to release the original certificate. But to put faith in the DNC insuring the legitimacy of Obama doesn't wash.

I am amazed at the willful ignorance displayed by some of the people on this thread. The flyer said “Born in Kenya” so...that means he was really born in the US?!! Are you kidding me? There is not one iota of hard evidence that he was born in the US. A newspaper announcing “A” birth with no location, hospital or anything? Please people.....get your thinking cap on......there IS NO PROOF!
