This isn't a dead horse. Something new happened today. It corroborates suspicions of some of us based upon at least circumstantial evidence, though I would say it is more.
That something new has potential legal and Constitutional ramifications which seems to me to be Levin's primary expertise. But you would rather he march in lockstep with NBC news? Rush and Hannity, who probably face the same orders as Levin, both found a way to mention this story. If you think Levin truly doesn't think this is an important story, you're not playing with a full deck.
