One could smell this coming a mile away. The charge will probably be consecutive rather than concurrent. The government can inflict the maximum damage on Zimmerman by filing consecutively and can achieve the sending a “message” to anyone resisting an assault by a black. Zimmerman is going to be convicted of something and shall probably suffer death while incarcerated.

Actually any charge coming from the FBI would be brought in Federal Court. What this is IMO is an attempt to get any jury ingrained in the theory that it was not self defense. Also, there will exist an onus if they don’t find him guilty, the DOJ will move a prosecution to make them look biased.

One of the problems with this kind of crap is one can never prove themselves innocent once an “investigation” is launched. You see, under investigation by the FBI cannotes to some the party is guilty. Since the FBI works for Holder, one can see the genesis of this investigation as plain as the sun rising on the ocean.

I detest these people with every fabric of my being.

The message sent if this is true is to start taking a page out of the bad guy's books when law enforcement can not be counted on.

1. Keep your mouth shut to anyone.
2. Handle it yourself.
3. Nothing happened.
