I would anticipate a five percent hike on tuition in the fall. I would also anticipate counties and cities getting less state revenue....so fewer services. If you were a small business man with an operation that could be relocated to Nevada or Arizona....I’d now is the time to find a site and prepare for the move. California has got a minimum of two decades of problems ahead of it.

They just will not do that. There are an awful lot of nice conservative folks in Kallie - most of them inland and way from LA, SF, etc. minding their own business, working and paying taxes. They still, however, refuse to believe that state is lost and that the people that vastly outnumber them will be coming for what they have when the money is gone. The leeches in Kallie are depending on the other states. Maybe Obama will give them the $16 billion, maybe not. Problem is that there is no $16 billion to give Kallie. Reconquista the place - cut it loose - give it back and write it off, along with all their electoral votes. Would do wonders for the rest of the country.
