This is why the old gal is for Obama. I would guess that otherwise, she is politically unsophisticated, ignorant and really doesn't care one way or another.

A number of women from her generation know nothing about politics. My late Aunt Mary would have been a few years older than Ms. White. Every election, my uncle had to give her a list of candidates to vote for. Women weren’t supposed to know or care about those things. The men were the ones who kept informed.

Bless her heart, but in this election, she is wrong.
