When average people become convinced that the top folks can break the law with impunity, contempt for the law becomes COMMON —it spreads down to Joe’s walking down the street.

Pretty soon there’s CHAOS.

After Watergate a sitting President WENT AWAY —people went to JAIL, even when NO ONE DIED.

This is arguably the biggest scandal in US history —so far the top folks are either ignoring demands by Congress for evidence or simply sending witnesses away to the Middle East.

It’s rule by the Crips, apparently. This is a cynical and lawless Administration.

Iran Contra at least had the objective of FREEING AMERICANS —what did they aim at, here? The Constitution —the very document they swore to protect, so let the punishment fit the crime.

This is arguably the biggest scandal in US history . . ."

Actually, the biggest scandal in US history is "Obama" having been installed in office at all, so as to allow withHolder to be appointed as AG and this "operation" to go down in the first place. Along with Solyndra, Lightsquared, "Obamacare," Libya and on and on and on.

Constitution? These villains don't need no steenkin' Constitution.

This is not the biggest scandal in US history. That honor lies with Obama being elected to and “winning” the office of POTUS. This is, however, is the second biggest scandal in US history.

“the very document they swore to protect, so let the punishment fit the crime.”

Well stated!

If true justice were to be meted out, I would rather the Mexican government have the privelege — let us hand the guilty over to them, as a gesture of justice and respect for their sovereignty.

I’m sure the Mexican government would show mercy on them for their direct role in the deaths of their countrymen.

Though I’m sure the U.S officials went into Fast and Furious with the best of intentions....
