IMHO - States Rights issue.

Personally, I have no problem with Marijuana being Legalized with the same restrictions that Alcohol and Cigarettes have.

In CA, even with the Liberal Medical Marijuana Laws, it really isn't a problem from my experience. I don't partake, but there are more than a few “Conservative”, or should I say “Libertarian” Freepers who have admitted using it.

Since Marijuana would have a “second hand smoke” issue that Alcohol does not have, there would need to be many more restrictions on its use.
