there are those who say it looks like Ndg...I think it's Ng and could also stand for 'new generation' - there is a school by that name but the establishment year is too recent... Notre Dame deJamour was a boy's school until many years later iirc. Result: inconclusive.
It’s a rather poor translation, but you’ll get the drift, the school only accepted girls from 1975:
