Not necessarily. If a county party is packed with GOP-E types who are Republicans instead of conservatives, then they will manipulate the rules to prevent any sort of reforms that they don't want to see made - and this is so EVEN IF you can manage to flood a county convention with tons of our folks. Seen if done. Don't assume that numbers can overcome rulesjobbing.
The point would be to pack these conventions with the pitchfork crowd, and I should think we have a chance of doing that this year, if there was but a promotional push to do so, some BUZZ to do so, but it seems to me that throwing in the towel before 1144 and after, is being broadly accepted.
Tea Party must become delegates locally, at county and state to hope to shut down “open” primaries at least.
