Sheriff Arpaio has not taken any action to Indict Obama.

Under what authority does a Sheriff have to indict a sitting POTUS?

If nothing else, if proven to be valid, it could be grounds for removing Obama from the ballot in Arizona.

I don’t see why he has not presented his evidence to the DA as a crime has been committed in his jurisdiction and the evidence goes for beyond probable cause.

Whenever the US Congress refuses to do so.

A public servant must enforce the Laws made by the US Congress, even if the US Congress refuses to do so.
