Just another crab dragging down those that would do something about a situation.
Discussing logistics for an invasion of CONUS is a waste of time. Took me a while to figure it out.
You are correct. There are more hunters in just Michigan than any army on earth can field. And they are trained to take out a man-sized target at a distance.

I think the sad thing is some people would rather not prepare at all. Natural and man made disasters do occur. It doesn’t have to be nationwide. Even worse, it doesn’t take much to prepare for the most likely disruptions. What’s the harm of keeping some extra jugs of water, a can of gas, and maybe a week or two of emergency rations on hand? What about basic medical supplies, like antiseptic and bandages? That’s more than practical. I call it being responsible. You can’t help others if you can’t help yourself in an emergency. Like you wrote, not prepping likely means one will be part of the problem rather than the solution.
“There are more hunters in just Michigan than any army on earth can field.”
Add-in just Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, and the numbers get H-U-G-E. Factor-in all 50 (or is it 57?) States, and it’s M-A-S-S-I-V-E.
Just saying...
