Everyone please send whatever you are able to, whether it is $10, $100 or $1,000+. The DUmmies, Morons, Kos Kiddies and that crew are laughing up their sleeves. Jim may have to make this site members only or allow ads. Better for us to just help with what we can. Maybe you can donate as a memorial for a lost loved one, a servicemember who never made it home or was disabled defending our country. Perhaps you'd like to give to keep free discussion alive and to show them that we're not knuckling under. I'm sure a well thought out or prayerful meditation will lead you to see the need and how you can help. If every registered FReeper and our lurkers would each just help out with a fin or a sawbuck, or better yet a Ben Franklin, we could put this to bed and get on with the conservative cause.
I have a feeling I’m not so much different than a lot of people around. I think and feel the way they do.
The difference may lie in the fact that without treatment soon I will be dead by years end.
It changes my perspective.
I look at my beautiful two grandbabies and there is no doubt that I can pull that trigger and put a bullet in THE GOVERNMENT.

You are arguing emotion and motivation. I'm talking about what Romney has actually done. None of it conservative, including strangling business in Mass by passing Cap & Trade.
It is arresting to imagine a Romney White House, inevitably filled with as many former Bain colleagues as each of his other public ventures have been: The PowerPoints, the 80-20 jargon, the clinical separation of decision-making from ideology, the detachment of those decisions from moral consequence, a persistent blind spot for people as people. It would represent the final ascension of a perfectly American type, one that has already remade the culture of business. I once asked a Bain colleague of Romney’s how Romney thought of his own core competence. “I think Mitt thinks he’s good at being Mitt Romney,” the colleague said.
I dont remember the attacks being about Palin (aside from pissant) as much as they were about the blind following and Obama-like cult following she had, and how it was dangerous to get so wrapped up in a candidate. If there were attacks against her, it was that she either wasnt electable or was stringing people on too long.
But I dont remember anyone saying she she wanted girls to have abortions like they said about Perry, or that she was a stalking horse like they said about everyone from Bachmann to Paul, or that she would install a theocracy like they said about Santorum. She got off pretty light in the “personal attacks” arena.
You know that I speak my mind. What you don't know is that I have received well over a dozen messages in the past two years from freepers who said that they were afraid to post similar opinions for fear of being zotted.
That's the fact of it...many long-time freepers do not feel "free" to discuss. I believe that the pendulum will swing back but in the mean-time FR will lose good people.

When I started seeing people actively shill for Obama after Tuesday, I warned that 95% of loyal donating FReepers would leave. I was only trashed by those same people trying to get me banned. Dirtbag the most hateful person towards Sarah Palin is allowed to roam free threatening everyone he comes across but folks who have been loyal to this website and our mission are shown the door, simply outrageous.
The sad fact as many of the folks at the top know David Axelrod has had moles here for years waiting for 2012 to shill for Barack Obama and like Grima Wormtongue in Lord of the Rings, whisper in the King's ear about anyone saying that they will vote AGAINST Obama!!! Oh and outrageous bigots are roaming free as well, I'm pretty sure Colofornian is responsible for atleast 500 - 1000 FReepers leaving as they don't like to be associated with bigots.

We are not interested in discussing the joys of the collective, and how happy we (well, those who lick the boots to survive) will all be in our communist utopia courtesy of the leftists in chief that the Washington elite establishment cram down our throats.
There is plenty to talk about and argue about within the realm of Conservative thinking and what works best and what fails.
This isn’t going to be easy, and it isn’t going to be finished in my lifetime, but we must take back our country and once again become the shining beacon of light, good, and hope for the world. And we cannot accomplish that by continuing to vote for the lesser of two evils. Voting for any evil at all = stupid idea that got us into this fix in the first place.
