In this morning’s Congressional House hearing, Sebelius admits she did not consult Supreme Court decisions on religious liberty or have a legal memo prepared before she drafted the mandate. The mandate, unprecedented in American history, forces religious institutions to pay for contraceptives, sterilizations, and abortion-causing drugs, including the morning-after pill and the week-after pill, against their deeply held religious beliefs. If Obozo loses and we get some decent folks up on the Hill — you know, folks with actual functioning TESTICLES — order plenty of popcorn for the pending trials for high crimes and misdomeanors and treason.

Her nonsensical mandate is in clear violation of the Constitution and its prohibition of meddling in church affairs by the federal gov’t.
This in and of itself rises to clear grounds for impeachment of everyone involved.
