I did send fiddy bones to folks working on behalf of another term for Joe Arpaio, and I might be able to scare up another of the same for his CCP to help them continue their efforts. Do these count?
I don't think it is misguided to send letters to Congress. However, I realize that one letter, one constituent, won't do get it done. Everyone who believes in the importance of protecting the natural born citizen eligibility requirement needs to lend their hands and voices to this effort. If Rubio gets on the ballot, it's all over.
I think it is wrong for the many folks who read and post here and other similar venues to limit their effort to one particular forum.
The NBC eligibility needs to go public. We must relentlessly confront our elected officials with the facts, especially when they appear in public to solicit our support as voters.
The GOP elected officials to whom I have written all use the Boehner-supplied "Born-in-Hawaii" Mantra.
This being the de facto rule, perhaps Don Ho should be President.
