MUNCIE, Ind. -- An Indianapolis woman faces a battery charge after she attacked another woman she spotted littering on Earth Day, police said.
Andrea Jane Ginther, 44, told police she was driving on Muncie's south side Sunday when she saw a woman throw a piece of paper on the ground, the Muncie Star Press reported.
Ginther, who told police she "does not take littering lightly," stopped to confront the woman near Memorial Drive and Mulberry Street.
When officers arrived, they found Ginther holding the other woman by the hair and punching her in the face, police said.

Don’t wake up in a roadside ditch bump.
I like those commercials!

If Obama had a daughter-——oh, wait.....
She’s my age and we grew up with this:
Give a Hoot...

P.S. I hate litter bugs too! (but I probably wouldn’t get physical over it)
Now we know what it takes to trigger SWPL rage.
I remember that one, and the Indian crying too.
She should have just shamed the girl though, not gotten violent. (Of course just because she was the one swinging when the cops showed up doesn’t mean she threw the first punch either, or that she tried to “run her down”.)
“if obama had a littering daughter, she would look just like Mercadies litterally”
LOL!
You mean the Italian actor, playing an Indian crying.
Yep, Antonio Brightfeather.
I’ve was a human pig throw their entire fast food dinner garbage out the window, and watched an old guy put a foot sized dent in the side of pigs vehicle.
It was classic.

Good for him. That reminds me of my Grandmother and what she would have done. One time when I was a little kid some lady parked next to my Grandma and opened her car door so hard into her passenger door it rocked the whole car, and that was back in the early 70’s. Woman didn’t even look at us when she walked away, just pretended it didn’t happen and walked into the store. Grandma got out of her car, opened the trunk, and proceeded to pound away on her door with her tire tool.
People were staring, I was trying to pretend I was melting into the seat I was so embarrassed but now that I’m older I see things a whole lot differently.
People who even touch other people’s vehicles generally have no respect for anything. Those who throw trash out windows or open their door into other vehicles need their jaws broken.

HOW DARE SHE CONFRONT! The dispatcher told her not to do that, and dispatchers MUST be OBEYED!
Oh, wait a minute. This isn't the Trayvon Martin case. It was two white women?
Never mind.
