MOBILE, Alabama -- Mobile police need your help to catch a mob that beat Matthew Owens so badly that he's in critical condition.
According to police, Owens fussed at some kids playing basketball in the middle of Delmar Drive about 8:30 Saturday night. They say the kids left and a group of adults returned, armed with everything but the kitchen sink.
Police tell News 5 the suspects used chairs, pipes and paint cans to beat Owens.
Owens' sister, Ashley Parker, saw the attack. "It was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed." Parker says 20 people, all African American, attacked her brother on the front porch of his home, using "brass buckles, paint cans and anything they could get their hands on."
Police will only say "multiple people" are involved.
What Parker says happened next could make the fallout from the brutal beating even worse. As the attackers walked away, leaving Owen bleeding on the ground, Parker says one of them said "Now thats justice for Trayvon."

Obviously, they don't. But they don't go around in gangs of twenty beating people up. The underclass, on the other hand, is mostly very low IQ, which is a contributing factor for their staying underclass.
In this statement, you are correct in your analysis. The Republican Party is the "some" who will leave him in office just to make a point.
the point[s]? Actually there are a number of them ,but I will give two today. Point number one:They hate and detest Conservatives more than they love America.Point number two: They [The Republican Party] would prefer obama to remain in the White House than to see a Conservative elected President.
Myself? One day I must stand before my Maker and give an account of my deeds on Earth. One thing that I will be able to say is,"Dear God, Inever knowingly voted for an individual who advocated for and made it possible to murder in cold blood your unborn creations." To wit:One Mitt Romney.
AMEN!!!!
Best not to fuss at kids playing bball — not that doing so is an excuse for rounding up a not-quite-a-lynch mob.
I live about 6 miles from where Trayvon Martin was shot so have been paying close attention to the repercussions of the incident.
Until we met Rev. Wright I’d been living and working in a world where deep racial discord was past- or so I thought. My neighborhood, workplace and life in general is filled with people from a variety of backgrounds and races and I thought we met as equals. After listening and reading extensively during the time of Rev. Wright I found myself in an entirely foreign place and have had thoughts and fears since then that would never have crossed my mind.
This is a tough subject to understand. Certainly I see it in a new light than before. Before Rev. Wright, I operated on the assumption that everyone I met was an individual rather than a member of a “race” or tribe. It seems I was naive and now I’m confused and don’t HAVE a basic assumption anymore. It’s unsettling.
I’ve had my CCW for two years and only occasionally carried. Lately I ‘ve started to carry all the time....
Not only make a compilation of these incidents but publicize them while screaming at the top of our lungs. This is only going to get worse over the summer if we don't fight back.
I wonder if Holder would be as passive if a group of concerned whites put a bounty out on the monsters who perpetrated this horror on an innocent man? I wonder if the media would be as silent?
This battle is much bigger than just the thugs on the street.
I hear silence from the blacks not supporting thuggery.
Why am I reminded of “moderate” Muslims failing to condemn the terrorists of their own religion?
I don’t think the current admin acts that way at all around radical islamists, I think they are radical islamists, and I think the same are given regular access to our government.
I mean seriously, there are a lot of black muslims, and none of them like america, and I think our president is one of them.
I agree.
these people are just savages....
Obama may have been thinking that Holder's people have been too comfortable. People don't need "leaders" when they are comfortable. People desire leaders when TSHTF and they are scared at the storm that's coming their way. So "leaders" have a vested interest in causing the storm.
Thanks for collecting all those links.
Here’s your list Sir.
We all need to send it to the usual media: Rush, Hannity, Breitbart, FOX, Drudge, etc
IMO it needs a thread of it’s own so it can be bookmarked and easily edited.
But it might also come in handy to Mark O’Mara. A list like this might show why GZ carried and why he was suspicious.
I don’t have an unregistered throw away, and I’m not about to carry such a weapon or manufacture evidence.
No one should have to do that.
This protected class BS needs to come to a screeching ****ing halt right now.
If it hadn’t been the complaint obout playing ball it would have been another excuse. Sounds like they were all local, shouldn’t be to difficult to find a couple sets of finger prints, if LEO wants to solve the crime.
Don't assume that basic attitudes were different before. It was probably just that some people felt it unwise to let people who were not of their group know how they really felt.
Assume that what you are now seeing was always there, but now the masks have come off.
