I am betting he was never head of Harvard Law Review. Those are public documents and If I could travel easily, I would go back to my law school and see if his years are in the law library. Someone must have them!
To be head of LR as a 2L in unbelievable.
If someone is near a law school, go check the library for anything in the review from 88-91.

Perhaps this phase will help future historians of the disaster that was Obamanation, understand the opaque word “transparency” often used by his High Pothead Poo-Bahness Obama.

me neither. What he really means is "if you type in Bill Ayers, the entry for Dreams from My Father shows up, with Obama listed as the author", but that isn't as good of a headline for his blog. Total waste of time.

One possibility is that he was a token member of the law review. Affirmative Action is prominent in most colleges and universities. I wouldn't be surprised if he was coddled throughout his education. Many people have been passed from one grade to the next and received diplomas and degrees, but in reality, they were functionally illiterate. Happens particularly with star athletes, but it could be that Ayers and others with a vested interest in indoctrinating Obama to use him for their nefarious purposes, also used their influence to pass him through the educational system, even if he was an academic failure.
A guy on the law review should be able to work at any law firm. So why didn't Obama? Pretty bad when you go to college and law school, but the only job you can get is “community organizer.”

I had a friend (deceased) who was a grad of Harvard LS. He told me that if you were accepted there, you would graduate (same for Yale). Your position on the graduation scale was dependent on your gifting amounts plus grades.
And don't tell me about affirmative action. I was hammered by it.
I have posted this information before on liberal sites and have NEVER been challenged.

In in his 2009 double biography Barack and Michelle (HarperCollins) former TIME contributing editor Christopher Andersen writes:
In the end, Ayers contribution to Baracks Dreams of My Father would be significantso much so that the book's language, oddly specific references, literary devices, and themes would bear a jarring similarity to Ayers own writings. Even the caveat at the beginning of Dreams, in which Barack points out that he uses invented dialog, embellished facts, composite characters, inaccurate chronology, and pseudonyms to create approximation of reality, resembles Ayers defense of inaccuracies in. . .Fugitive Days . . .

Whoops! Imagine if the ghostwriter always got credit. There would be no “auto-biographies”.
