I lost my father to cancer back in February, swore then I wouldn’t want that on my worst enemy.
That being said I hope he felt a little regret that some of the best doctors in the world are up here in the “Land of Satan” and he removed that option for help himself.
Can you imagine the state of health care in Venezuela that he had to go to Cuba for treatment? My God!
And I’m truly sorry for the loss of your father. May God receive his soul. I’m certain you will see him again.

it was just astonishing he did this in cuba to start with. He could have gone to spain, possibly, with a lower degree of embarrassment and still had access to much better quality of care. Hell CASTRO went to spain, iirc.
