This is what separation of powers in order to preserve liberty is all about.

Hopefully the reassertion of state's constitutional prerogatives will be the Kenyan Klown’s most lasting legacy.

I’ll add this to the list of postings by marktwain that have made my day. This is TREMENDOUS. The bill should have been called “FUBO1”.

Many sheriffs are being informed of their duties to protect their county’s citizens from unlawful arrest by Feds.

It’s a pretty heavy burden. Thankfully we have guys like Arpaio leading the way.

Let’s hope they actually protect their citizens when feds come to enforce the law. If not this is toothless.

It was GWB who supported and signed legislation that made this necessary.

This may save countless local LEO lives. I know many folks who will resist NDAA by lethal force if necessary. NDAA is illegal, unconstitutional, and will be resisted by all means available.

I still have respect for the locals, the feds can go pound sand.

9-11 precipitated the beginning of the end of liberty & freedom, wholesale.

The Divider-in-Chief wants to see armed federal troops on one side of the barricades and an armed state's National Guard on the other side.

Don't doubt me.
