I saw him at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, TX on Saturday. I was so impressed. He’s 64 this year. What energy and spirit this man has. Uncle Ted rocks hard!
Good for that promoter, too.

Clearly Bangor Councilor Charlie Longo is unfit to hold a position of public responsibility and trust.
It is truly frightening to have a brownshirted ignoramus like Longo wielding the levers of government. Clearly he missed his calling by living in the United States - it seems that the Soviet Union or North Korea would have been much more appropriate for Longo’s style of immature, constipated, anti-freedom ranting.

Oh good grief. Bangor is pronounced Bangor or Bangah not Banger. It's a joke that you apparently didn't get.

Good one. But if you pronounce it "Banger", then the locals will all immediately spot you as being 'From Away'.
It's sort of like Southerners saying "Yew ain't from around here, are yew?". Not world-ending, but far from being a compliment.
The correct pronunciation is "BANG-gore". Folks from away still won't fool the locals, but they can fool each other. :-)

Good point, AMM. "BANG-gah" is also an appropriate local pronunciation. But dropping an "ah" (arrrr, for those not from Maine) is not for the faint of heart (Haht).
I'd practice saying "Cahd-booahd Cah-ton" (cardboard carton) a couple of hundred times before tenatively trying it out.
;-)

Pronouncing it correctly ruins the joke.
