Here in northern Idaho, it usually takes only one real winter. Then the for sale signs pop up in the Spring. They’ll leave before the places sell.

Here in northern Idaho, it usually takes only one real winter. Then the for sale signs pop up in the Spring. Theyll leave before the places sell. I've seen that effect in Texas, too. A lot of Californians, especially the squishy liberal types, can't handle the brutal Texas summers. Even with ice cold air conditioning, there's no complete escape from the 24/7 oven temps out here.
