Russia and the ChiComs are NOT enemies. Both want to establish a "new international order", same as Obama. They've never been closer. Wake up.
While Russia and China become closer and both build up their military, Obama is tightening the belt on our military, downsizing it , and closing down our nukes with no reciprocity from either of them.

I disagree. Russia still has possession of a huge region that China claims. The 19th Century "unequal treaties" by which Russia victimized China are greatly resented. The USSR came very close to launching a nuclear backed full scale assault in the late sixties. Geopolitics and national survival trump ideology and as long as China and Russia share that long disputed border, they will always be each other's number one potential threat.
History tells us that the closest thing to real Chinese-Russian cooperation has been in efforts directed against Japan. Even the Korean War was an affair when the two nations were formed in by the audaciousness of Kim Il-sung
