I don’t think he will.

Fisrtly, let me say I’m very happy for Zimmerman’s bail, I think he should have been released with no bail being required, but that’s just me.

Secondly, Zimmerman strikes me as an unusually passive fellow. It seems to me that this whole situation has troubled him greatly. I must say that I am surprised that he apologized to the parents of the thug.

I cannot say that I would have done the same thing at all.

I find myself with a tremendous amount of respect for george Zimmerman.

God Speed, sir.

I am not.

He had no reason nor intention on shooting Martin. It was during the struggle for the gun that someone pulled/pushed the trigger. It happened to be facing Martin's chest when it went off.

Zimmerman believes he is responsible for shooting Martin (in self-defense), but his statement at the time was "we struggled over the gun and ...boom... , then Martin keeled over backwards".

He hadn't pulled the gun to defend himself. He was trying to keep Martin from taking it.

He did not apologize. He expressed sorrow for the loss of their son.

Heck, I'M sorry they lost their son. Who knows, maybe the kid would have miraculously turned his life around and become a benefit to the human race instead of a predatory parasite.

But the fact that I'm sorry they lost their son doesn't mean I think Zimmerman did anything wrong based on the reported facts.

An apology implies wrong conduct, an expression of sorry does not imply wrong conduct.
