Currently questioning GZ's wife on the phone - State is bending into pretzels to make GZ out to be a "violent" person lol. GZ's attorney is making them look stupid.
State asking why she never went to Prosecutor about perceived threats...umm they didn;t know about BPP bounty? BS!

Wow, GZ’s attorney is making the investigators look like complete tools. This will not go to trial.

Zimmerman’s attorney is pounding the State’s investiagtor and his choice of words that were used in their affadavit...

I have always been led to believe that the trial comes after the bail hearing.

who’s watching????
this state’s atty investigator is a complete BOOB!!!!!

The State is going to have to lay out more of their evidence today if they want to try and keep Zimmerman jailed.
His lawyer is picking apart the State’s affadavit...

The arm band shackles seem like a game being played by the security. Generally, there are no arm shackles for this type of self surrender defendant. at most it is handcuffs behind the back until the actual start of the hearing.

I’ve been watching since the hearing started- Zimmerman’s wife is very strong and a no-nonsense kind of person. His lawyer is fantastic. His mother and father both calm and forthright. The state looks as though it’s digging for buried treasure - in an empty sandpit.

yes, and they have nothing but assumptions fitted to a particular point of view. this is not going well for the State. GZ's attorney just went line for line through the probable cause document asking for the facts from which the statements were derived, the investigator kept repeating "those were not my words, not sure who put them in there, 3 people agreed on the wording" ... and GZ's attorney "well you signed/swore to it didn't you?"

When I first heard Zimmerman's attorney, I thought of a slender Perry Mason. And like all of Perry's court cases, I expect someone to jump out of the audience and say "Tray said he was going after the ......"
Tray's girlfriend?? I'm almost betting that she heard more than she said...
To: LFOD
the state has to justify their demand for no bond. At the start of this hearing all they had was the pc affidavit. (the document Dershowitz called “unethical”)
So the state has to try and salvage something not even a first year law student would write.

I think the guy on the stand just LIED big time by saying he had not heard that Trayvon’s father said that was NOT his son’s voice.

I’d like to know the time difference between when he left 7-1l and the confrontation at about 7:15. Also, if he was the only one at the condo, IIRC his father said, why hang out in the rain?

this is a bloodbath for the state and if the judge doesn’t allow very low bond or even throw this case out I will be VERY surprised.
The state’s case is an utter joke.

Agree. I think some of the folks are starting to realize this could have a detrimental effect on their careers and/or land them back in court as a defendent. Investigator looked very nervous up there. He was not expecting to be called and was visibly shaky while defending (or not) the wording in the probable cause doc. Keeps referring everything to the other investigator "it wasn't me who did that/wrote that" lol.

State now trying to recover by relying on evidence/testimony not in evidence (objection - sustained). State is in total panic mode.
