I'm going to refrain from giving this post a serious reply. If I did reply, I would probably be visited and grilled, cuffed & roughed up NLT sundown, by the FBI, Secret Service, House and Senate Sgt's-at-Arms, Interpol, CIA, NASCAR, RCA, USMC, USN, USAF, USA, USCG, NAACP, DNC, DSC, CBC, BSA, GSA, ANA, Harry Reids sister-in-law, Chuck Schumers boy friend, Dick Durbin's hair dresser, Hillary Clintons' NEW Colombian girlfriend, WKRG in Cincinnati and the American Rocky Road Ice Cream Assn (A.R.R.I.C.A.). I'd have to call my local sheriff to come out to direct traffic and Ted Nuggent's grand kids to sell lemonade in my front yard.

Corporations are incapable of speaking. They hire people who speak for them. So there is no way to restrict corporate speech, because it doesn’t exist.

The Founders of the US foresaw assholes like Pelosi. That’s one of the reasons why, although they couldn’t predict the future, they included a provision to amend the Constitution while making it difficult to amend it at the same time.
Such decisions should not be made lightly or at the whim of current fads, or by leftist air-heads.

another recipient of a 1099 is an independent contractor. That independent contractor may be a corporation ( a legal person) or it may be an individual. Corporations are not required to report 1099 income separate from sales
