-snip-
The law-enforcement source familiar with the case, who told The Daily Beast that he personally believes Zimmermans account, said Zimmerman has told three different law enforcement agencies his version of the events.
-snip-
Zimmerman told police officials that he lost sight of Martin and went around a townhouse to see where he was. Then he claimed Martin confronted him and punched him, knocking him down.
According to The Daily Beasts source, Zimmerman told police that when he was on the ground, Martin straddled him, striking him, and then tried to smother him.
-snip-
Zimmerman, the source said, told officers he was so paralyzed by fear that he initially forgot he had a gun, but he said that after Martin noticed his 9mm pistol, Zimmerman pulled it out of his belt holder and fired one round, a hollow-pointthe round that killed Martin.
-snip-
The source familiar with the case said that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigators had Zimmerman lie on his back in another location in an effort to recreate the position he said he had been in during the shooting. Then, the source said, investigators recorded Zimmerman as he shouted what had been heard on the 911 calls: cries such as, Help me!
Crump said it was not clear that Martin threw the first punch but, argued that even if he did, Zimmermans actions launched the entire sequence of events. Trayvon Martin had every right to stand his ground, Crump said. We believe that Trayvon went to his grave not knowing who this strange man was that was approaching and confronting him.

Thank you. I don't think honor or fundamental fairness are in his playbook.
BTW, good job on the profile page! lol

I was wrong. It in fact was a photo of Martin, and the “look alike” jab was clearly uncalled for. I apologise for my offensive comment.

While I agree that inaccuracies hurt, rather than help however, there are plenty of blogs and other articles out there that confirm this pic is of Trayvon. This particular blog is pretty good and talks about the obvious MSM hypocracy in their reporting and, the bleaching of Trayvon's face in one of the hoodie pics:

If those pictures (post #14) had been on the news 24/7 everyone would not have so incensed. They choose to put up a very old picture of Martin as a sweet young boy.
The news media has been leading us around by the nose long enough.
To: SpaceBar
Thank you.
I was also initially sucked into the false political/media invented meme of an open and shut case of a neighborhood vigilante taunting an innocent young man into a fatal fight or flight confrontation.
But fairly quickly, all the instances of outright media lies, and intentional politically based disinformation tactics were identified, and started adding up to something other than what our media and government decided we should believe...We won't ever really know exactly what happened that night between Martin and Zimmerman, but certain things we do now know to be factual.

Crump only believes the story the voices in his head are telling him. He is not particularly concerned with people who were actually there.
Angela Corey was interested in getting the target off of her back.

Space Bar, you may now apologize to me, and admit again clearly I was correct; you were not merely incorrect, you were arrogantly incorrect. The photo I posted is indeed Trayvon Martin, not this Woodfork you insist.

Meanwhile, Zimmerman remains in Jail because a Politically Motivated Prosecutor put forward a trumped up charge of Second Degree Murder. Her Motive for the crime is manufactured by twisting events, and motive must be proven.
She did this knowing full well he will never be able to cover Bail once it is set by the Judge in the Preliminary Trial. Hopefully the Trial Judge will only be influenced by the Facts of the case, not the Politics of the case.
At most, a charge of Involuntary Manslaughter would have been possible, but the Prosecutor knew full well that Zimmerman's Family and Friends would have a better chance of covering the lower Bail amount that the lesser charge would bring.
Notice how this whole Trayvon / Zimmerman thing has disappeared from view now that the Secret Service scandal surrounding the Dog Eating Muzzie has been exposed.

What was he in those fake gold grill pics 14 or 15?
Ask yourself why pictures are being shown that are years old portraying him in the worst light as a teen, instead of the photos that are available as he was years later just before the shooting?

Both of them were stupid. Bingo. In most circumstances the dead one would be considered more stupid because he is dead, but in this particular case Zimmerman should have known we have a race hustler president looking for white sympathy votes in an election year /s.

Mark Davis in for Rush says trial will be racial circus a la OJ after which white women in Oprah audience were shocked; black women cheering. Obama used a bullhorn to exhort followers of the Muslim candidate for Kenyan president Raila Odinga who lost the vote and rioted and murdered to achieve "power-sharing"--We may learn from the past, or be continually shocked.
