 How cruel. I see two senseless crimes. First the kidnapping and murder. Then the state is guilty of kidnapping as well.

He’s been released back to the family this morning. I heard on the news this morning there was some issue with the birth certificate..the father hadn’t signed it yet or something.

But yeah....ridiculous.
