Nugent told a crowd of convention-goers that “if Barack Obama becomes the president in November, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.”

This is a simple statement that can mean anything. My first take was that so much of our lives are being controlled by the left wing statist that everything we do can be considered illegal to the point of arrest. Or if Ted doesn't want to give up a gun they, out of the blue, determine is "bad" then he might die protecting his rights.

Of course I know ABC and the left jerk their knee and determine this is a threat to the president. I'd like to see them make that stick in court.
