Just five months ago as a presidential candidate, Representative Michele Bachmann took aim at Mitt Romney by saying he has been very inconsistent in his positions.
But now that she has left the race and Mr. Romney seems assured of capturing the Republican nomination, Mrs. Bachmann has changed her tune, saying on Meet the Press on Sunday that she is very seriously looking at an endorsement for Mitt Romney.
That Mrs. Bachmann is not quite ready to offer her endorsement should come as no surprise given her political passions. During the campaign, she tried to rally Tea Party supporters to her side as the true conservative choice, but found herself competing with Gov. Rick Perry of Texas, Herman Cain, Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich, who remains in the race.
Despite her political differences with Mr. Romney on issues like abortion, she offered praise Sunday for his professional record, saying that the United States government needs to have a turnaround person who knows how to be successful.

We must hold their feet to the fire.
ANY that support Mitt must be removed from office and or the political sphere of influence.
Dick Cheney is now dead to me.
Sounds like she didn’t finish her sentence.. Romney is not that turn around guy. Pick any Lib issue and he has implemented it as Gov. He is like the American grandfather of socialized marriage, special treatment for certain folks, global warming. No Romney, No way!
Thanka to misled pastors, Christians are naive! Even bachman! All the signs that it is all over are now present, america. The rest is up to God Almighty. Ignore Him at your own peril! Somehow I do not think He is in favor of bailouts!
She might want to think long and hard about sidling up with him or she’ll lose any conservative support she has left. They all should throw their support to Newt if they ever want to get reelected to anything above dogcatcher.
[ Bachmanns Praise of Romney Falls Short of Endorsement ]
Good thats what she SHOULD do...
Endorsing this “ringer” would be a mistake..
She would get the “stink” of him all over her..
IF she endorses Mitt , she is done in the TP.
Any that do so are done in the TP.
Here is the fundamental issue folks.
WE are the ones out of step. We are the ones who don’t understand how this work in this country.
We want leaders who will help us restore sanity, liberty and personal responsibility to this land...
THE POLITICIANS DO NOT WANT THAT. NONE OF THEM.
THE RNC HAS BEEN SUBVERTED.
They will all lie to us in order to get in office and gain access to the great power.
There will be not return to the land of liberty short of an all out revolution. And because the leftists have seized the education sector, there aren’t enough young people in this country who know and love freedom to build an army.
We must begin our own long march though the institutions.
Heh. They called me last week looking for money. The guy asked me, "Can we count on you...?" I told him point-blank, "Ask Newt Gingrich about it at the convention," and hung up.
Where have all the real men gone?
Bachmann? Hmmmmm, I seem to remember that name.
Isn’t that the old lady that lived in a shoe and had so many children she didn’t know what to do, so she became a tax attorney?
Oh wait, that’s pissant’s old girlfriend.
You betcha.
So what position is she holding out for?
And I am sure that if Romney wins he will fall just short of finding her a job. ;)
Concurring bump.
I draw a couple of inferences, one, that Mittens is using money to try to extort endorsements from conservatives.
Two, he may offer the VP job to a conservative (they should all decline). But he really wants another Yacht Clubber like himself -- he isn't happy outside that milieu, I think.
If anyone knows the stakes, it’s Dick Cheney.

Whatever good came from Massachusetts.?.
Revere ware? Witch-hanging?
The Declaration of Independence -- was it written there or in Philly? (By a Virginian, notice.)
