Sounds like she made the offer to both sides and its unclear if either side will accept.
Ya’ll are too cynical and ready to jump to wrong conclusions because you see her hubby commentates for CNN. Read the article I posted. This judge’s husband is a defense attorney and knows Zimmerman’s attorney Mark O’Mara. As a matter of fact he’s the one who recommended O’Mara to Zimmerman’s family.
The conflict the judge has is more pro-defense.
