The Florida State Attorney's Office has PDF files available with Angela Corey's prepared statement and the Issue Capias charging Zimmerman with one count of second degree murder.

"COUNT I: IN THE COUNTY OF SEMINOLE, STATE OF FLORIDA, on February 26, 2012, GEORGE ZIMMERMAN, did unlawfully and by an act imminently dangerous to another, and evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without any premeditated design to effect the death of any particular individual, kill TRA YVON MARTIN, a human being under the age of eighteen, by shooting the said victim, and during the commission of the aforementioned Second Degree Murder, the said GEORGE ZIMMERMAN did carry, display, use, threaten to use or attempt to use a firearm and did actually possess and discharge a firearm and as a result of the discharge, death or great bodily harm was inflicted upon any person, contrary to the provisions of Sections 782.04(2), 775.087(1) and 775.087(2), Florida Statutes."

Well there's likely video from the 7-11 Martin went to....they generally have them rolling. This would establish some time frames.

Here say says there's some question if he paid for the candy and drinks....again the video would attest to that either way.

Also the police video when they brought Zimmerman into the precinct.

Also the toxicology report on Martin would be interesting....I haven't heard if that's been released or not.

Based on the standard of preponderance Zimmerman is clearly innocent. But this case is political, not legal, so the usual standards are irrelevant. This is the beginning of mob rule in Florida, which was tried but stifled in 2000.

And htis is against hte law when standing your ground agaisnt someone who was tryign to kill zimmerman? and how again does corey know it was zimmerman who discharged the gun and notr soem accidental discharge? Even if zimmerman was the oen to discharge, did he not have the right to do so in order to protect his own life agaqisntr someone trying to murder him? IF he infact DID have the right to discharge the gun, then why in the hell is he beign arrested? On What Charges?

Probably whomever is in the location this occured I suspect...but am not knowledable at all about how that may be determined....the whole affair wil be a tangled web..a maze already in fact, before this is said and done...which likely includes the Judges as well as all those involved in a legal sense.

Zimmerman made slightly less than one call per month.

All those calls were to the non-emergency police number.

It's not clear how often he was on Watch, so it may in fact be a lot of calls.

However, there were something like 8 burglaries in that complex in 12 months, at least 3 of them by young Black males.

There was also a home invasion - two Black males kicked down a door, while a mother and daughter locked themselves in a bedroom.

One last important fact.....

Zimmerman was not on Watch the night of the shooting.

He was returning from the store, spotted Martin walking around in a steady rain staring at townhouses, and the rest is history.
