Let’s hope this gets thrown out of court before it even gets to triasl, and then that zimmerman sues and wins agaisnt florida for falsely charging him with a crime he did NOT commit
It was mentioned a week or so back that Martin parents could not sue Z unless charges were filed. How would having the case thrown out effect their lawsuit?
