Special prosecutor Angela Corey has decided to bring charges against neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in the killing of unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin in Florida, a law enforcement official said Wednesday.

They won’t be able to sustain the argument or prevail on that charge and he can’t be charged again except through Feds.
NO WAY can it be a Charge of that level for the situation, under the Law.
This is what happens when race-baiters EXTORT and THREATEN and get their way. It's no different than the shakedowns the Mafia used to do to business owners for "protection money".

If true, the prosecutor may be intentionally overcharging, to make sure that Zimmerman walks.
I would guess she’s just afraid to not charge him, but won’t an acquittal result in the same sort of “unrest?”

That’s my belief, too.
According to a recent thread, the first step is a hearing, at which the judge *could* reduce the charge (or drop charges altogether) if the evidence doesn’t support the charge.
I wonder if Ms. Corey believes in her prosecutor’s heart of hearts that a 2nd degree murder charge is warranted — or if she’s “gaming” it by overcharging him, hoping to appease all sides — or if she has shamelessly surrendered to the race pimps and, like Pilate, “washed her hands” of the matter.
Time will tell.

Based on what we have, I would say the latter.
2nd degree charges? Unwinnable...and she knows it. The feds get six months to sit around and avoid discussing the case for their episode after this fails.
Manslaughter would have been simpler to put into court...but he wouldn’t have gotten more than ten years...which wouldn’t have made anyone with the kid’s family happy.
This former Prosecutor agrees .. again, based on what I see which is almost always not the full story. Manslaughter was an easy call. This surprises me.

He never should have turned himself in. They'll be pissing in his food. I would have shot myself rather than get drawn and quartered publicly.

The prosecutor was cherry picked to ensure charges are brought.
Our ownly course of action is for EVERYONE here to serve on jury duty since we will not know if it is being moved to another FL city. If this is moved to any “blue zone” then the fix is in.
