That’s an emphatic yes...

California’s bill to reduce (force ejection of non-violent offenders) it’s prison population, is beginning to show big dividends in local communities.

Our burglaries are up 20% plus from previous year, and the prognosis is very dreary looking forward.

Non violent offenders are to be jailed in local county or municipal jails. A person caught committing a burglary gets no more than two weeks behind bars now. If it’s a non-violent crime, the crooks can do as they please while the populace continues to be victimized.

State officials couldn’t be reached for comment...

Ah Cali, how I miss what the State used to be....it really was a great place to grow up in.
