On state level charges. Eric Holder, however, will see to it that federal charges will be brought in the matter. Zimmerman skedaddled, and his attorneys have backed away, in anticipation of the Special Investigator's announcement Friday evening. All would be well advised to prepare for major ugliness this weekend, when the announcement comes: no arrest or prosecution warranted.
