I didn't say he did, at least not in this case. The very act of being handed the ballot, whether he touches it or not, is enough to show that identification is needed, since anyone watching the video understands what is going on, i.e., that the official thinks O'Keefe is the person in question.

Uhh. Am I missing something here. No ID is required to vote. That is the reason for the Project Veritas investigation. He only asked if there was a voter by a certain name registered. Nothing more. I would be open for a change of mind if you could cite a specific law.

Yes, O'Keefe has embarrassed the overlords and their wrath will be terrible. The DOJ will try and charge him with something and spend him into the ground. He is also still on probation, I think, from the incident when he and several others went into a Congressional District office impersonating telephone workers and consented to a minor charge, IIRC.

And OMG would he role over in his grave if his ballot was cast for Obama! My mothers nursing home is already getting pressured to sign up all of the residents for absentees. My mothers ailments are all physical, not mental, so she'll make it around in her wheelchair and convince them all to vote GOP! Even the nursing home staff is against Obamacare, as they are one of the most reasonably priced places and their Medicaid patients payments would be cut enormously. They have doctors of all specialties come directly to the facility, including dentists, and they said this may have to be cut. Then Obamacare will pay for transportation to the dr’s office at greater expense. duh!

I will. When he ran for a certain political office in our neck of the woods, we requested and got a list of all registered voters. I was really surprised how many dead people, people that had moved, people at addresses that didn’t exist, were all listed. We were told it just takes a little time to “catch up” on the registrations. But he’s been gone for nearly 10 years!

Also, at least here in NY, we can have poll watchers. It’s not going stop outright fraud if someone comes in and gives a name that’s seems registered correctly, but I was able to check my list and make sure they weren’t dead people or at questionable addresses. This also helps
because you write down the names as they vote, report back to Republican headquarters and they call those people that say they support
you and get their butts out the door to vote. Worked every time.

In his first local election we made sticky labels of every eligible voter. He knew just about everyone so when a list of names came in he’d say which
side to put the stick label on(D or R). At the end of the night he won and was only 22 people off from the correct vote tally!
