when hes handed the ballot...As far as I could see, he never touched it. I didn't say he did, at least not in this case. The very act of being handed the ballot, whether he touches it or not, is enough to show that identification is needed, since anyone watching the video understands what is going on, i.e., that the official thinks O'Keefe is the person in question.

Uhh. Am I missing something here. No ID is required to vote. That is the reason for the Project Veritas investigation. He only asked if there was a voter by a certain name registered. Nothing more. I would be open for a change of mind if you could cite a specific law.
