Considering that Florida went winner-take-all against GOP rules and the RNC did nothing to correct the numbers, I say, “Go for It Texas!”

Fair point, but the RNC operates pretty much as the DNC does at this endgame stage. The GOP nomenklatura will impose Bishop Willard on the two thirds of the base who distrust or dislike or detest him. Mark my words, they will NOT allow Texas what they allowed Florida.

Florida already lost 50% of RNC delegates for moving up the date of the primary.

And Florida lost half their delegates because they moved their primary up. Florida was always a winner take all state, the states just sent their numbers to the RNC, Florida awarded 50 delegates to Romney. Florida originally had 99 delegates.
