The fact that someone actually reproduced with these people is astonishing.

When I was a kid the Ice cream man sold psilocybin and acid, in addition to fudgecicles, twin pops, and long johns.

as one guy in the biz told me many moons ago, “all I can get to work for me are hardcore unemployables....”

As I told my kids: “Life is full of disappointments, how you react to them is testament to your character.”
Oh, they didn’t understand me, but the confusion that resulted usually shut them up.

I have no problem telling my children, “No, and don’t ask again.” However, I do with our city would ban the obnoxious electronic music, or issue citations under current public-nuisance statutes.

Perhaps these parents should put their offspring up for adoption since they are unable/unwilling to offer parental guidance and/or discipline.
I’m just sayin’.

These parents are tired of listening to children cry, scream and throw tantrums when theyre denied a sugary ice cream.
and the problem is.................(wait for it)......the ice cream truck.

Sigh. Remembering the good old days in Park Slope before it went nuts with yuppies in the mid-80s and got too expensive to live in, with all the snooty new-age new-comers. Geez, been so long, some of these Moms might’ve actually grown up in the neighborhood, even if they know nothing of its history except their property values.
