Like it or not (I don’t), the “O” is the current commander in chief. The UCMJ is very clear about disrespect to a superior officer. The Sergeant screwed up.
I would be interested in seeing just what misconduct was charged. Art. 86 doesn’t apply to enlisted, and those prohibitions that apply to everyone, (actively participating in a campaign etc., don’t seem to have been violated)
On the surface, it seems that criticism of Obama has been criminalized.

It's more than time we fought back. We conservatives shouldn't care if libs like us. We haven't been aggressive enough because we want to be liked. That's why our debt is where it is at. We should make it our mission in life to get under their skin and maybe plant some seeds of common sense in the minds of the moderates.
