Thanks for the thread, been looking.
Is WI having the recall election today (Gov Walker)? I am really interested in that
Well, what does everyone think? Has Rick got a chance in WI or not?
There are Republicans in Washington, D.C.? Since when? What’s his/her name?
The closest race in Maryland seems to be between Gingrich and Paul to determine who’ll finish 4th....... That may change as more results are reported.

The republican party is half past dead and if we don’t get a blood transfusion ASAP, it’s over. romney will never beat oscumma in a million years. This is sickening.
Wisconsin Primary Live Thread ping
FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.
I won’t be able to check in much tonight, but wanted to say that, win or lose, I’m proud of Rick and it has been a distinct privilege to support him.
When he made noises in the summer of 2010 that he might run, I publicly declared my support for him. When he officially announced in the summer of 2011, I started donating to him. As soon as a bumper sticker was available on eBay (late summer 2011) I put it on my car.
I decided not to hold my nose this election cycle. Win or lose, I believe that my donations to Rick have been well worth it to get his message out if only for a little while longer.
As a social conservative, I won’t vote for Obama or Romney in November. If Rick (or Newt) doesn’t win the nomination, I will be looking at third party this year, and Santorum 2016 (or Pence 2016; or whatever good conservative runs 2016).
Thank you, Rick, for fighting in the arena, and being a voice for millions of us in the Heartland.
Not a surprise.
In further Maryland humiliation, Our Governor, Lil’Marty, showed up today on The Ed Show, trashing the Ryan budget.
He thinks he is the white Obama - complete with the arrogance.
WTF? There’s hope!
Santorum winning Dane County (Madison) early?
Early, but any lead with 5% in means it won’t be a blowout at least in that suburb.

He actually sucks eggs.
At least it is tied with 2% of the vote in.
Romney is Obama lite.
Based on Romney’s win margin in Wisconsin so far, it;s less than 6% which is the percentage that Newt recieved. If we figure that Newt’s voters would have went for Santorum, the split vote has again cost Santorum a key win. I’m beginning to believe that Newt wants Romney over Santorum.
Republican Candidates could improve their Primary vote count by campaigning with the following idea:
Due to the FHA, Fannie and Freddie Bankruptcies of September, 2008, American home owners lost 30 % of the value of their homes. That is a 30 % cut in just one month. Home values are still down 30 %.
Thus, let us cut the total compensation to all elected Federal politicians, and their staffs by 30 %, and an additional 10 % cut to elected Federal politicians each year until Federal Spending is LESS THAN the average of the previous 2 years of Federal income.
BTW, since slightly less than half of the US House, and 2/3 of the US Senate are Millionaires, it will be a great opportunity for Congress to lead by example that EVERYONE should give up their fair share of the American Dream.
What better way can there be to demonstrate that Federal politicians are on the same page as the voters?
