Obama Surpasses Romney in Swing States, Helped by Women

A majority of registered voters across 12 swing states for the first time backs President Obama over likely GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney for the November election, according to a new USA Today/Gallup poll.

Obama leads Romney by a 51 to 42 percent margin, the poll found. In February, the president trailed Romney in the swing state match-up, 46 to 48 percent. The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus 4 points.

The shifting tide of support in Obama’s favor was driven by women under 50, fewer than half of whom supported the president in a February USA Today/Gallup poll but swung significantly the other way last month.

Gallup used the selected results from Pa and WI and overly weighted them
To 40 % and applied them to the other so called swing states .

I go to a tech school to learn medical coding and it’s the heart of liberal land. One black women in the class, probly late 50s, maybe 60s, says with a straight face, I hope he gets re-elected. I asked her why. She said he hasn’t had enough time to fix blah blah blah..............

This lady is far from dumb. She’s just brainwashed by the media. And tonight in class the teacher mentioned erasing your mind for the next problem, long before willard used it. And the big mouth shouts, pull a romney. This is one that has boasted of getting her political news from bill mahr.

I’m surrounded by brainwashed sheep. These people still drive around like gas is $2 while I’m barely pushing the gas pedal. They’re all like racing around me, cutting me off to be the first one to the red light.

SURROUNDED by morons (66% of Broward voted for the D gov in last elec.) dws had her first opponent, Karen Harrington who got 25k votes, so there are at least that many people in my district that have working brains. But dws got 40k, means the thinkers are outnumbered.

I’m not either; unless these swing states (or any others) are better off than they were four years ago, I don’t see Obama carrying them.

A majority of registered voters...Dick Morris, for whatever it's worth, said tonight on Fox that while registered voters usually favor the 'rat candidate over the 'pub by about three points more than likely voters do, this year so far that spread is more like ten points, because 'rats are not fired up and may not vote in near the numbers as will the 'pubs, who can't wait to vote against Obama - sounds plausible but not to the extent Morris posits.....
