The Trayvon Martin case has exposed some of the media's worst tendencies--selective editing, rushing to judgment, stoking anger for ratings and page views--and it's taken more than fake photos, the incendiary stumbles of Geraldo Rivera and Spike Lee and verbal clashes between Piers Morgan and Toure to shine a light on them.

And yet the Yahoo story still has the babyfaced five year old photos of Martin and the mug shot of Zimmerman.
The Wagist blog’s Dan Linehan has done the best reporting out there in terms of getting to the public a more accurate portrait of Martin. Linehan found Martin’s Twitter page. They, including Obama, made asses out of themselves and most ID’d themselves as the *real* racist.
Has anyone seen the video of Lawrence O Donbell and Charles Blow verbally abusing Joe Oliver (friend of Zimmerman)?
So...can they isolate enough of his voice to tell if it was *him* screaming?
The black panthers announce a bounty on a Hispanic man, much like the KKK did 50 years ago, and there is no action by law enforcement. This entire mess shows how far our culture has declined.
From the begining this was a black hispanic issue but the race bating scumbags in the media who should be fined heavily for inciting violenece by reporting false information made it a white on black crime and then changed it up to a “WHITE” HISPANIC on black crime. If anyone thinks these guys are doing thier job in reporting the truth I have a bridge to sell you. They are everybit the enemy as the criminals now in DC

From what I've seen of Martin's father he's still in the juvenile state of mind himself....there comes a time where a man puts away childish things...Martin's father has not IMO. Hanging out with Rapper criminals, wearing clothes you'd see on a 15 yr. old. ...well enough said.
Hmmm, could be that if it wasn’t for the Media, Race relations would be much better (as it should be). I know personally that it has gone downhill from the 70’s. In the military, I learned that color had nothing to do with decent people...today I learn that the Media is trying their best to take us back to the 40’s.
I never used to think anything about race or color, only honesty and integrity (ie. character) but today I have to worry about color, hoodies, language, tennis shoes, etc.
I blame the Media for most of today’s problems!
The screaming “supporters” want Zimmerman arrested for 1 reason.....they need a flash point for a Rodney King style riot.
These folks want a trial, and they will pray, pray pray he is aquitted or convicted of a much lesser charge.
Let the looting begin.
What culture? Which culture? American culture itself is in decline with all the foreigners NOT assimulating.
From all the interenet chatter about this Martin case what I see are two cultures.....those who have left the past behind and are busy doing life.....and those who are simply lasy and unconcerned about life apart from one moment to the next and how much they can "take" out of it for themselves, or blame someone else because they don't have what they are unwilling to work for.
I saw a man black man in his 30's recently, use his welfare card to buy a 'Designer Cola'...on his way to take his 'Martial Arts' lesson.....We've all seen similar as there is no retrictions on how the money we dish out is handled nor any accountability.
And yet these same people make further demands for "Justice"????
The also dismiss the Daily Caller's pointing out that Zimmerman actually did have head injuries because they published Martin's tweets. This piece is a perfect example of media bias.
I've waited for the black community of better minds to stand against this and there are sadly fewer than few speaking up...When some say this has set the black comunity back to the 70's it sure looks like they never left it.
There will never be "enough" , this simply is not going to end..there will be another case or happening and the same crap will occur. It appears this behavior and mindset IS their culture.....as soon as the Piper Pipes......
maybe some good will come of this tragedy—the people will see the Media for what it is, a leftist hate mongering machine—hiding behind the mask of “journalism”. We need to show the world Black Hate and Black racism—a disease as bad as the old KKK in its worst hours.
It is apparently a PC offense for anyone, including spokemen on the right, to point out that black-on-white crime is hugely disproportionate. They tiptoe up to it by pointing out black-on-black crime, but no one will go all the way.
The Media has earned the title “Presstitutes” - and this is from someone who was in the technical part of the Fourth estate in the old days and had developed a great respect for that grand old lady.
Make that one video of Martin watching two teenagers fight. It appears as though one of the videos went down the memory hole within an hour of Dan Linehan's article being posted.
Tray-von must have come back as a Net-savvy poltergeist...
Maybe Yahoo should strive to improve their services and stay away from the national enquirer stuff.
