From all I've read and heard that Wanted Poster is legit and the 'NBP' just upped the 'reward' to $1 Mill from $10K.

And for sure they have not denied that its theirs, which they would if it was phony. They'd blame 'whitey' or 'the jooooos' for trying to make them look bad (as if they need any help).

Plus I think the IRS sort of has an Excise Tax on a Hit-man's 'wages' already -- It's supposed to be declared under: 'Miscellaneous Income' ;-)
