For those of you who have been wondering, yes, it is probably illegal for the New Black Panthers to offer a 'dead or alive" reward for George Zimmerman. Over at Pajamas Media, J. Christian Adams, the former justice department lawyer who resigned in protest against Eric Holder's refusal to prosecute this same NBPP organization for voter intimidation in Philadelphia, has spelled out just how the hate group's actions may be prosecutable by Florida authorities:
So what crimes may have the New Black Panthers committed in Florida with their threats toward George Zimmerman?
(Excerpt) Read more at americanthinker.com ...
The Attorney General doesn’t have time to bother with a group soliciting the kidnapping and/or murder of George Zimmerman. He’s too busy going after the Governor of South Carolina.
She needs to prosecute the New Black Panthers.
I think that he is trying to be funny or making a joke. I also think that he knows the answer to that question, If he has the intelligence to go to the bathroom to relieve himself, he does. But just in case, the answer is not no, but hell no.
And since the 'Newl Back Phanters' /s are based in Philly and Zimmerman is in Florida isn't that 'Interstate Solicitation' and as such a Federal Crime? Which would mean Eric Holder's DOJ should be on this like a ton of bricks and have every 'Back Phanter' ;-) locked up in jail and awaiting trial.
Now I'm suuuuure that Mr Law and Order -- Except if it's "My People" -- wouldn't ignore this just because he doesn't like 'white-hispanic-jewish people' and think George Zimmerman should get whacked for popping a cap in that little Gangsta Trayvon in self-defense.
No. Holder wouldn't do that. Would he?
Really.
I'm series.
Honest.
Oh hell ....
Not sure if the dead or alive poster is legit. If it is, we need an excise tax on hitmen.
And for sure they have not denied that its theirs, which they would if it was phony. They'd blame 'whitey' or 'the jooooos' for trying to make them look bad (as if they need any help).
Plus I think the IRS sort of has an Excise Tax on a Hit-man's 'wages' already -- It's supposed to be declared under: 'Miscellaneous Income' ;-)
I wasn’t aware of that law either, but then I don’t go around acting like a perp or picking fights either! Getting to old and slow... Besides, an armed people is a polite people!

I am waiting to see the first Wanted poster go up offering a reward for NBP members if Zimmerman is harmed. Oh, and it would be such a shame if some of THEIR home addresses got posted online...
