My first thought was a flying saucer pizza delivery.

the tacos would be delivered as long as the customer remained in the ordering location. Sorry, no sale.
The Taco-Copter needs to keep up with me.
If I'm driving down the freeway at 65 MPH, I'm not going to pull over and wait for the dang thing.
Calculate my speed and plot an intercept course, or turn in your geek badge.

This is a silly hoax. Cant believe Drudge has it on his site.
Heck you got to have some type filler to use on slow news days
....
It exists in the Bay Area in concept, at least. For now, the Tacocopter, which has existed since July 2011, has been grounded by the Federal Aviation Administration, as would be any unmanned commercial drone. According to FAA regulations, “unmanned aerial vehicles” cannot currently be used for commercial purposes. ....

A no-no FAA regulatory-wise unless you are DHS and aim to snoop or shoot people.
The photo looks like an Arducopter, an autonomous quad rotor helicopter. The flight path is preprogrammed and it follows GPS waypoints. These will typically lift about a 1/2 to 1 pound payload and the range is limited by the battery, usually 10-20 minutes flying time.

Why not something simpler, like a taco cannon?
To: jakerobins
You’ll know the drone is over the target when you hear “La Bomb-a”.

We have Chick FilA at the SA Rampage games. They parachute stuffed cows during a time out. Highlight of the game.
