I posted actual case law from the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals that states exactly what I said about self-serving statements. Nobody has challenged it except to say, without any detail or explanation, that I'm wrong.

How about you provide detail explaining why you think I'm wrong, and support your position with case law...
