Yeah, to me, “more flexibility” means that he thinks he’ll be able to act without concern for what the electorate think.

Perhaps Obama will have ‘more flexibility’ to unilaterally disarm the US of it’s nuclear weapons?????? Or maybe ‘more flexibility’ to distance the US from NATO? Or maybe Israel?

Yeah you all think Obama has acted badly with all this exploding debt etc. it is saying that it will act 1000x worse when the election is over because it can act without concern for what the electorate think.
I hope democrat Obama loses or is put in prison.
